Coach development programme

Twenty weeks for someone ready to build a genuine long term career in personal training.

All new coaching applicants complete a structured development and assessment period before taking on clients independently.

Who this is for

Someone keen, coachable and curious. Someone driven, who wants to be a genuinely great coach in ten years' time, and is not just looking for something to be doing right now.

You've either just qualified, or you've been training clients for a year or two and can feel there's no real structure behind it. The club is still early in its own growth, so joining now means real scope to grow alongside it.

What it needs from you

A good attitude and a genuine willingness to learn, along with a Level 3 diploma in personal training, or a degree in sports and exercise science or similar.
