About the club

A private personal training gym in the heart of W1, founded by Jake Hitchcock.

It was created for people looking for one to one personal training in a discreet, exclusive setting. We can work closely with a nutritionist and, if necessary, a private GP to monitor relevant health markers alongside their training.

The Gymnasium

A long room with a sage wall down one side and the racks down the other. Parquet underfoot, rubber where the weight lands. Everything a full strength programme needs and nothing that is there for show.

Dumbbells from 2.5 to 37.5 kg on a three tier rack in front of the sage wall

The Lounge

Where you arrive and where you come round afterwards. There is coffee, a sofa you can properly sit in, and nobody hurrying you out of the door.

The lounge: blue panelled walls, a tartan sofa, boucle armchairs and a coffee counter
A glimpse past green glazed tiles into the locker room: orange drawers numbered five and six under a striped bench

The Locker Rooms

Numbered drawers rather than a wall of metal doors. Green stone at the basins, green marble in the showers, and everything you need already there, so you can come straight from work with nothing but your kit.

Our Consultation Space

A quiet, private room with a door that closes. This is where we first talk, and where you sit down with your coach to go through your goals and progress.
