Privacy notice

The Ludorum Club is a private personal training club at 15-16 Margaret Street, London W1W 8RW, operated by Ludorum Club Limited (company number 15873402). Ludorum Club Limited is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this notice, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB905274.

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, when you like to train and anything you tell us in your message.

When you apply to join the coaching team, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your qualification and what you tell us about yourself.

If you email or call us, we keep a record of that conversation.

If you become a client, our client privacy notice explains how we look after your training and health information.

We use enquiry details to reply to you and, if you would like, to arrange a consultation. This is necessary to take the steps you have asked for before we agree to train you.

We use application details to consider you for a coaching role and to contact you about it, for the same reason.

We do not use your information for marketing without your agreement, and we never sell it.

If you choose to mention an injury or health condition in your message, we use it only to reply to you and to prepare for your consultation. We rely on your consent for this, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete it.

Your information is seen only by the club. Website enquiries reach us by email through Resend, this website is hosted on Vercel and our email is provided by Google. These companies handle your information only on our instructions.

Some of these companies may store information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

If an enquiry does not lead to training with us, we delete it within 12 months.

If an application is unsuccessful, we delete it within 6 months of our decision, unless you ask us to keep it on file for future roles.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Our fonts are provided by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to load them, and Google receives your IP address when it does.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or pass it to you in a portable form. You can also object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent where we rely on it.
