Sessions and packages
All personal training sessions last 55 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Personal training sessions may be purchased individually or as part of a package. Purchased sessions do not expire unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Session packages are personal to the client and may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement from The Ludorum Club.
Cancellations and refunds
Session packages are non-refundable once purchased except where required by law or where a refund is otherwise agreed by The Ludorum Club.
Where services are purchased online or at a distance, clients may have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract.
Where a client asks for training services to begin during this 14-day period, they may be required to pay for any services already provided before cancellation.
Any separate session cancellation or rescheduling policy communicated to a client at the time of booking will also apply.
Health and training
Physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury.
Clients are responsible for informing their coach of any injury, medical condition, medication, pregnancy, change in health or discomfort which may affect their ability to exercise safely.
Clients should follow the instructions of their coach and should immediately inform their coach if they experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or any other concerning symptoms during training.
The Ludorum Club may recommend that a client seeks medical advice or clearance before continuing to exercise where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The club
The Ludorum Club is a private, appointment-only personal training facility.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, other clients and the Club premises. The Ludorum Club reserves the right to refuse or terminate training where behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, inappropriate or materially disruptive to the Club.
The Ludorum Club may occasionally need to change a coach, reschedule a session or temporarily alter access to the Club where reasonably necessary.
